Busy morning here. Three things landed, and all of them are already in your bundle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ResultsAiX Surveys is now available<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Describe what you want to find out and the AI writes the whole survey for you. Questions, answer options, thank you page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Publish it with a shortcode or a polite exit popup and start collecting answers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It runs on your own WordPress like everything else in the bundle, so the responses sit in your database, not somebody else’s dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ResultsAiX Mailer, updated, and one apology<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This one matters if you send email.<\/p>\n\n\n

Your sending provider keys now save correctly.<\/b> If you ever added a key for SendGrid, Elastic Email, Brevo, Resend, SMTP2GO, Mailgun, SparkPost or Amazon SES and the test send failed saying the key was missing, that was our bug and it is fixed.<\/div>\n\n\n\n

If that happened to you, please re-enter your key and save it again after updating.<\/b> The old one was never actually stored, so the update on its own cannot bring it back. This is the one thing I need you to do.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Check your timezone while you are in there.<\/b> Scheduled sends use the timezone set in WordPress under Settings then General, and WordPress ships set to UTC. If yours is still on UTC and you are not, a broadcast set for 7:30 will not go out at 7:30 where you are. The scheduler now tells you exactly which timezone it is using and warns you if it is still on the default.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can edit a subscriber.<\/b> Name, email, status, country, tags, custom fields. And there is a proper Add subscriber button that takes their name and email together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can see where every subscriber came from.<\/b> The source, the page they signed up on, the date and their signup IP. That was always being recorded, it just was not being shown. For anyone you add by hand you can record it yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Signing in is not subscribing.<\/b> If you use the Audience Vault, people it only recognised by reading a form they typed into, a login box included, are no longer added to your lists. Buyers and people you imported yourself come across as normal. You can switch that on deliberately if you have a lawful basis to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sequences got what was missing.<\/b> Subject lines save properly now. You can send a sequence to a list you already have, in one click, instead of only catching people who join later. And a sequence can be set to send at a time of day, so a series goes out at 9am rather than whenever somebody happened to join.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your contact view leads with the timeline now<\/b>, so what somebody bought and what you sent them is the first thing you see, and there is a Timeline button on the subscriber list for anyone who has one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Last updated column on Subscribers<\/b>, so you can see at a glance when each record last changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Update from your WordPress plugins screen and you will have all of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WP Sync picked up a lot too<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

New sources and destinations in the content beta. Pull from RSS or Beehiiv, then post out to Slack, Discord, Telegram, your Facebook page, Instagram, Bluesky or Mastodon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

More email platform connections were added as well, so events from your autoresponder can trigger work elsewhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
