We checked every one against our own source code before we answered. Some answers were yes, a couple were no, and two of the questions turned into features. Here are all ten, with the answers as they stand now.

One Email, Ten Questions, No Small Talk

Ten numbered questions, no preamble, from somebody who had clearly read the sales pages properly and wanted to know exactly what they were buying before they spent anything.

They asked about Shopify. About abandoned carts. About one-click upselling, paid memberships, whether they could avoid AI artwork completely, and whether the small Powered by line in the theme’s footer could come off client sites.

Those are the questions of somebody about to build a business on your software. So before we answered a single one, we went and read our own code.

We Don’t Answer Unless We Know

That’s a rule here, and it’s written down. Not “I think so”. Not “it should do”. If nobody has checked, somebody checks, and checking means opening the file and reading it.

It sounds slow. It’s the opposite. Every answer below came back with a file name attached, so we knew straight away which ones were a clear yes, which were a no, and which needed building before we could say yes.

The Ten Questions, Answered

1. Can Funnels and Mailer get Shopify purchases, products, refunds and customers through WP Sync?

Yes, and deeper than they expected. The Shopify connector in WP Sync picks up paid orders, cancelled orders, refunds and new customers, plus fulfilled orders and cancellations of a single product. It learns your product list automatically, so you can segment on “bought this specific product” rather than just “bought something”. Refunds carry the amount, the products and the order number.

Sales taken inside ResultsAiX Funnels flow out too. Every sale, renewal and refund goes into your bridges with the amount, product and currency attached as fields.

<picture></picture>
Connected apps and the bridges that pass each sale on

2. Can purchases, refunds, abandoned checkouts and specific products drive tags and automations?

All four, and one of them exists because of this email.

Purchases, refunds, cancellations and per product routing were already there. You can route all payments, one product, or refunds on their own. Abandoned checkouts weren’t. They asked for them by name, so we built a Shopify trigger that fires when a checkout goes quiet for an hour, carrying the recovery link, the amount and the products.

On the automation side you’ve got two routes. Apply a tag and let the tag start the automation. Or use the ResultsAiX Mailer destination’s “Also enroll every synced contact in” picker, which drops everyone arriving through that bridge straight into the automation you choose.

<picture></picture>
Live automations in Mailer, with the people in each right now

3. Would I use your email tool instead of the one I have?

Yes, that’s what it’s for. ResultsAiX Mailer keeps your list in your own WordPress database, with unlimited subscribers and no sending limits from us. It sends through your own sending service, like Amazon SES, Resend or SMTP2GO, and you pay that provider directly. It connects to 12 sending services with automatic failover, and imports run in Safe Mode by default with one click rollback.

<picture></picture>
Your own sending services, each with its own daily limit

We gave them one honest caveat too. Because you choose and control the sending service, deliverability is yours to manage rather than rented. For most people running their own business that’s the whole point. For some it’s more hands on than they wanted. If that’s you, this guide to sending at volume is the place to start.

4. Can Funnels do a one-click post-purchase upsell?

No. We said so then and it’s still the answer.

Here’s what it does do. ResultsAiX Funnels builds upsell and OTO pages as part of the funnel, and it takes payments through your own Stripe account. On an OTO, your buyer goes through Stripe’s checkout again rather than being charged with one click. If one-click upsells are a must for you, we’d rather you knew now.

5. Can I sell properly? Order bumps, upsells, digital delivery, subscriptions, physical products?

Digital delivery, yes. The buyer gets a signed download link that expires after thirty days, on the receipt page and by email, so closing the tab doesn’t lose them the file.

Subscriptions, yes. Monthly or yearly, every renewal recorded as it happens, and a failed card is flagged while Stripe retries it, and nobody is locked out over it. Subscribers get their own Stripe billing page to update a card or cancel.

<picture></picture>
Stripe products in Funnels, one off or monthly

Physical products, yes, at a basic level. Stripe collects the delivery address, you choose the countries you post to, and one button marks an order posted and emails the buyer.

Order bumps and one-click upsells, no. And if you need stock control and shipping rates, a proper store platform is the right tool for that part. We told them that too.

6. Is Membership available, and does the theme handle levels, payments and access?

Yes. ResultsAiX Membership runs paid and free members areas. Put a price on any level, one off, monthly or yearly, with an optional free trial, through your own Stripe. It also takes sales from JVZoo, Warrior Plus, ClickBank and PayPal, and all five land on the same member record.

<picture></picture>
A Stripe order and a JVZoo order on the same member record

It handles the part most membership tools get wrong. A failed card doesn’t lock somebody out. The card is retried, the member gets a link to update it, and access only ends if the subscription really ends. Members get their own billing page, so a card update never turns into a ticket. There’s a full guide to Membership here.

The ResultsAiX Theme gives you the members area, not the money. Training library, progress tracking, and lessons you can keep for signed in members only. For selling, its Checkout Button block takes any checkout link you already use, like a Stripe Payment Link, a PayPal button, a cart, or a JVZoo or Warrior Plus link.

<picture></picture>
A members area built with the ResultsAiX Theme

7. Can I use my own images and video, with no AI artwork anywhere?

Yes, completely. Every AI feature is optional. Use your own photography and video throughout. Upload video straight to your media library, or embed from YouTube or Vimeo.

The AI is there if you want it. It isn’t a house style you’re forced into.

8. What would the Developer licence plus Funnels cost together?

We gave them the numbers. The ResultsAiX Theme Developer licence covers 25 sites at $147 a year, and Funnels Developer covers 25 sites at $167 a year.

Then we told them we didn’t think they should buy it that way. Pricing two products separately works if those are the only two you’ll ever want. Almost nobody who asks that is in that position, because the real question underneath is usually “how do I run this on more than three sites without buying everything twice”. That’s question nine.

9. If I buy the bundle, can I lift the theme from three sites to twenty five?

Yes, and it doesn’t just lift the theme. The ResultsAiX Bundle covers three sites per plugin. Bundle 10X covers the same Bundle, every plugin and the Theme, on 10, 25, 50, 100, 250 or 500 sites, for your own sites and client sites. The renewal is the same at every size, and existing customers keep the price they joined at.

Current pricing is on the Bundle 10X page.

10. Can the Powered by line be removed, on my sites and client sites?

Yes. In the full ResultsAiX Theme there’s a checkbox in the Customizer that hides the “Powered by ResultsAiX.com Theme” line in the footer, on any site you build, client sites included. Your own copyright line stays. The free edition of the theme keeps the line.

The Question That Got A Proper Setting

Question ten is the one I think about most.

Removing that line was on our comparison table, so before saying yes we opened the footer file to see exactly how it worked. What we found told us it deserved a proper setting, so we built one. It’s a real Customizer option on the paid theme, off by default so nothing changes for anyone who doesn’t want it.

Then we tested it four ways, including the awkward one: what happens if somebody forces the setting on inside a free installation. The line stays, as it should.

Their question is the reason that checkbox is as solid as it is. That’s the value of somebody asking the specific question instead of the easy one.

Send Us The Awkward One

If you’re weighing this up, send us the question you think will be the dealbreaker. Not the easy one. The specific, awkward, “does it actually do this exact thing” one.

You’ll get a real answer, checked against the code, before you’ve paid rather than after. Sometimes the answer is no, and we’ll say so. Sometimes, as with abandoned carts and that footer line, a good question turns into something we build.

Questions About This Post

<details class="raix-sc-q">
Is this a real email?

Yes.
