Frequently Asked Questions

Does the AI assistant cost extra?

No, it is part of ResultsAiX Webinars. It uses your own AI key, the same one the rest of the plugin uses, so you pay your AI provider directly for what it uses, and a daily limit you set keeps that in check. Without a key, everything else still works.

Does it work on automated webinars?

Yes, on automated, recorded and live webinars. On an automated webinar it knows you are not watching, so it does the answering. On a live one it waits whenever you type, so it never talks over you.

Can other people read the private messages?

No. Private messages never go into the shared chat. Each attendee fetches only their own with their personal join link, and you can read and answer every conversation from your Host Console.

Will the AI tell people what they have spent?

Never. It can know which of your products someone already owns, so it does not try to sell them something they have, but it never sees or mentions what anyone has spent.

Which video hosts can I use?

Vimeo, YouTube, any video file you upload, a recording made in your browser, or a live broadcast from your browser. In the live room Vimeo plays without its title, name or logo.

Can I turn a live webinar into an automated one?

Yes, in one click from the Chat History tab. You get a copy that plays your recording on a schedule, with the live chat at the moment each message was posted. Remove any line you like, and the AI assistant learns the questions and your answers. Your live webinar is not touched.

Can I see it working before I buy?

Does it show subtitles?

Yes. When your YouTube or Vimeo video has subtitles, including the ones YouTube and Vimeo write automatically, they show in the room and on the replay. They are on by default, you can switch them off, and you can give viewers their own subtitles button.

Can viewers pause an automated webinar?

If you want them to. Tick Pause, Back and forward 10 seconds, Sound or Full screen for each webinar. A paused viewer carries on from where they stopped, and nobody can skip ahead of the show. A live broadcast always plays live.

Do my attendees need to install anything?

Never. They click their link and watch in any modern browser, including iPhone and Mac Safari. No accounts and no downloads.
