1. Commitment

ResultsAIx wants everyone — including people using assistive technology — to be able to browse this site, evaluate our products, and buy them. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, in line with the European Accessibility Act requirements that apply to e-commerce services in the EU since June 2025.

2. Measures we take

  • Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy and landmark regions.
  • Text alternatives on informative images; decorative SVGs marked aria-hidden.
  • Colour contrast targeting WCAG AA for body text and interactive elements.
  • Keyboard-navigable menus and links; no keyboard traps; no content that flashes.
  • Responsive layouts that support 200% zoom and small viewports without loss of content.
  • Readable font sizes and generous line spacing throughout.
  • No time-limited interactions on this site; no autoplaying audio.
  • Accessibility is included in the review pass when we redesign pages.

3. Known limitations

  • Some embedded third-party content (video players, checkout pages hosted by marketplaces, opt-in forms served by AWeber) is outside our direct control. We pass accessibility feedback to those vendors.
  • Some older PDF or bonus materials may not yet be fully tagged for screen readers. Ask us for an accessible alternative and we'll provide one.
  • Our WordPress plugins render their admin interfaces inside wp-admin; we progressively improve their accessibility with each release and welcome specific reports.

4. Feedback & accessible support

If you hit an accessibility barrier anywhere on our sites or products, tell us: info@onlineimsupport.com with the page URL and what went wrong. We aim to respond within 2 business days and to fix verified barriers promptly. If you need help completing a purchase, we'll assist by email.

5. Enforcement

EU consumers who are not satisfied with our response can contact the market-surveillance authority responsible for the European Accessibility Act in their member state.
