Unless the sales page states a different period, our paid products carry the money-back guarantee shown at checkout. The guarantee window starts on the purchase date shown on your receipt. Within that window you may request a refund for any reason — you don't need to justify it, though feedback helps us improve.
If a product page states "no refunds" for a specific offer (rare — e.g. heavily discounted lifetime deals), that is shown clearly before you buy, and statutory rights still apply.
Processing time: we action eligible requests within 1–2 business days. The money typically appears back on your statement within 3–10 business days depending on your bank and the payment platform.

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you normally have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For digital content delivered immediately (our products are delivered by instant download/license issue), the law allows that right to end early: by purchasing, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day withdrawal right once delivery has begun.
In practice this rarely matters, because our voluntary money-back guarantees are typically as long as or longer than 14 days — and we honour them without fuss. Where a stated guarantee is shorter than your statutory rights, your statutory rights win.
Independent of any guarantee, EU consumers are entitled to digital content that conforms to the contract. If a product is faulty and we can't bring it into conformity within a reasonable time, you're entitled to a price reduction or a refund. Report faults to support — fixing them is literally our job.
You can cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. Statutory withdrawal rights apply to the initial subscription purchase as described above. Renewal charges are refundable if you cancel within the period stated on the sales page or where required by law.
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or payment provider — a two-line email gets a faster result than a chargeback, which can take weeks. Filing a chargeback without first contacting support, where the purchase was validly delivered, is treated as a breach of our Terms: all licenses tied to the purchase are suspended while the dispute is open and revoked if the chargeback is upheld in error. This does not affect your legal right to dispute genuinely unauthorised transactions.
Refund guarantees exist so you can buy with confidence — not as a free-rental scheme. We reserve the right to decline future purchases from buyers who repeatedly purchase and refund across multiple products. Statutory rights are never affected by this clause.
