Installing WP Sync follows the standard WordPress upload-zip flow.
Core plugin
- Buy WP Sync — you receive an email with your license key (format: WP-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) and a download link
- Download the wp-sync.zip file
- In WordPress: Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin → Choose File → Install Now
- Activate the plugin
- A new '🔄 WP Sync' menu appears in the sidebar
- Click Activation, paste your license key, click Activate License
That's it — the 32 core autoresponders are now available.
Addon installation (Pro Pack / Connect Pack)
The two addon packs are SEPARATE plugins with their own zips and their own license keys. Each one installs the same way:
- Upload the addon zip (wp-sync-pro-pack.zip OR wp-sync-connect-pack.zip)
- Activate the plugin
- Inside WP Sync, go to the Add-ons tab
- Paste the addon's license key into its inline activation box
- Click Activate
Each key is independent — Core handles the 32 autoresponders, Pro Pack handles its 12 power connectors, Connect Pack handles its 92 brand integrations.
Bundle buyers receive multiple keys in one combined email
If you bought the $147 Bundle or a Developer tier with multiple plugins, you got 2 or 3 separate keys in one email. Use each key on its matching plugin. Same key cannot be used across plugins — they're independent license rows on the master server.
Update notifications
Once activated, the plugin auto-checks for updates on the standard WordPress schedule. When a new version is released, the usual Plugins screen shows the 'Update Available' notice. One-click update works like any other WordPress plugin.
