Every WP Sync Core license gets all 32 autoresponders unlocked — no add-on purchase needed for any of these. Below are the most-used. See the WP Sync admin → Autoresponders tab for the live, full list (it grows over time).
ActiveCampaign
- Two-way: source (read contacts) and destination (push contacts + tags)
- API key + account URL (e.g. youraccount.api-us1.com)
- Supports lists, tags, custom fields, automation triggers
AWeber
- Destination-only (one-way: push contacts)
- OAuth — click Connect, log into AWeber, authorize the connection
- Two connection methods supported in the UI (legacy API key + OAuth) so the matrix shows two rows but it's one brand
GetResponse
- Two-way: read + write contacts
- API key from Account → Integrations & API
- Supports campaigns (lists), tags, custom fields
GoHighLevel
- Two-way: read + write contacts
- API key per location (sub-account)
- Supports contacts, tags, custom fields, opportunity stages
- Use a Location API Key, not the Agency API Key
Sendiio
- Two-way: read + write contacts
- API key from your Sendiio account
- Push email + SMS contacts (Sendiio supports both channels natively)
ConvertKit
- Destination-only
- API Secret from Account Settings → Advanced → API & Webhooks
- Supports forms, sequences, tags, custom fields
Common issues
- 'Invalid API key' — double-check you copied the whole key with no extra spaces
- 'Account URL wrong' (AC) — must include the subdomain, e.g. youraccount.api-us1.com NOT activecampaign.com
- GHL 'unauthorized' — make sure you're using a Location API Key not the Agency-level one
- AWeber doesn't see lists — re-authorize: disconnect + reconnect via OAuth
