Creating a Link
Go to the ➕ Create Link tab. Fill in:
Link Name (private) — a friendly label only you see, e.g. "Facebook Campaign #1"
Slug — the short path on your domain, e.g. my-offer → my-offer
Destination URL — the real page the visitor ends up on
Tracking Parameters (optional) — e.g. utm_source=tracker&utm_medium=link
Tracking Pixel / Code (optional) — custom HTML/JS injected when the link is clicked
Public Feed Settings (Optional)
Each link can optionally appear in a public feed (via the [wct_link_feed] shortcode):
Feed Title — the title shown publicly
Feed Description — a short description shown in grid/list layouts
Feed Image — a square image for the grid card
Hide From Feed — check this to keep the link private regardless of other settings
Understanding Your Stats Columns
|
| Column | | What It Means |
|
| Total Clicks | | Total times the tracking link was clicked (includes repeat visits) |
| Unique Clicks | | Unique IP addresses that clicked the link |
| Leads (A) | | Conversions recorded with zero revenue (opt-ins, signups) |
| Sales (B) | | Conversions recorded with revenue greater than zero (purchases) |
| Revenue | | Total revenue from all recorded sales for this link |
| Feed | | Whether the link appears in the public feed or is hidden |
Filtering, Sorting & Pagination
The Links tab supports:
Search — by link name, slug, destination URL, or feed title
Sort — click any column header (name, slug, clicks, unique, leads, sales, revenue, date)
Filters — min clicks, min revenue, has/no leads, has/no sales, feed status, date range
Per-page — show 25, 50, 100, or 500 links at a time
💡 Pro Tip: Keep your tracking slugs short and memorable. Always send traffic through the tracking link first so the click ID is set before the visitor reaches your funnel pages.
