The European Accessibility Act and the UK guidance both expect a public statement saying what standard you work to, what is not perfect yet, how to tell you, and where to go if someone is not satisfied. On the Checker tab, fill in the name on the statement and the contact email for accessibility problems, save, and press Create the Accessibility Statement page. It is published at /accessibility-statement/ and linked. Edit it like any page; the words are a starting point and it never claims compliance. The footer line, Accessibility statement and Report an accessibility problem, is added under your site footer automatically. Untick that switch if you would rather place the shortcode [raix_accessibility_links] yourself in a footer widget or a page. The report link goes to the contact email you entered. What the laws ask, in plain words: the ADA, the European Accessibility Act, the UK Equality Act and Canada's AODA all point at WCAG 2.1 AA. Every picture has a description, headings are in order, links say where they go, forms have labels, videos have captions, nothing plays by itself, everything works with a keyboard and bigger text.
