The Responses tab shows every submission for the survey picked in the dropdown, newest first, 25 to a page.
- Each entry shows the date, the person name and email when they opted in, with an Opt-in badge, or Anonymous when they did not, and then every question with the answer they gave.
- Delete removes a single response after a confirmation, and the survey response count is corrected automatically.
- Export CSV downloads the complete set for that survey: one row per response, one column per question, plus date, name and email.
The export streams in batches, so a survey with thousands of responses exports without timing out. The file opens straight into Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers, so you can pivot the data any way you like, share it with a VA, or archive a survey before you close it.
