Every saved survey has a shortcode. Copy it from the builder screen or the Surveys list, in the form [results_survey id="1"], and paste it into any page, post, or page builder block that accepts shortcodes.
The survey renders where you put it and inherits nothing odd from your theme, because all of its styling is self contained. Only pages that actually contain a survey load the plugin small stylesheet and script, so the rest of your site is untouched.
Pasted the shortcode and see nothing?
The survey is almost certainly still Draft, or it has no questions yet. Logged in administrators get a short explanatory note in its place, while visitors just see nothing rather than a broken box. Set the status to Active and save.
What the visitor experiences:
- One question at a time, with a progress bar filling as they advance and a question counter.
- Taps advance automatically on choice, yes/no, rating and score questions. Typed answers use the Next button.
- Back is always available after the first question, so a mis-tap is never a dead end.
- Required questions show a polite inline message instead of blocking silently.
- The thank you step replaces the survey when they finish, showing your heading and message.
- Set a Redirect URL and they are sent there about a second later instead, which is how you route people to an offer, a download or a booking page.
The whole survey is fully responsive, so it works properly for mobile visitors reading a blog post on a phone.
