The plugin lives under AiX Surveys in your WordPress menu, with a row of tabs along the top. Here is what each one is for.
The tabs:
- Dashboard: your totals (surveys, active surveys, responses, email opt-ins and, once views are counted, how many people saw and started your surveys), the same charts as the AI Insights report but across every survey, and a short list of your surveys. It opens on the last 30 days.
- Surveys: every survey you have, with the tools to manage them (below).
- Responses: the Summary, every answer and the Written answers view for one survey, with filters and the CSV export.
- AI Insights: the full report for one survey, with the funnel, charts and the written analysis.
- Integrations and AI: your AI keys and usage, your own autoresponder connection, and the status of every plugin this one works with.
- Training: the built in guide, with a search box at the top.
- Settings: your license, colors, the site wide default for the ResultsAiX Theme, notification emails and the Danger Zone.
- Diagnostics: a one glance health report with a button that copies it for support.
The Surveys list:
Each survey shows its status (Draft, Active or Closed), how many questions and responses it has, whether popup mode or an email opt-in is on, and its shortcode. Beneath that are its views, how many people started and how many finished, with the finish rate. When a survey has its own page, the page address shows too, with a Copy page link button and a Copy email link button for pasting into a ResultsAiX Mailer email.
The buttons on each row:
- Preview opens the survey exactly as visitors see it, and records nothing.
- Edit opens the builder.
- Activate or Close switches the survey on or off. A survey needs at least one question before it can be activated.
- Responses and Report jump to that survey's answers and its printable report.
- Clone makes a copy as a new Draft.
- Delete removes the survey and its responses, after you confirm.

The Help / Training button at the top of every screen opens this guide at the section that covers the screen you are on. Search the guide from the box at the top of the Training tab, and use Diagnostics before you contact support, because it gives the team everything they need to look at your site.
