The AI Insights tab is the full report for one survey. The Dashboard shows the same charts across every survey you run. Everything except the written analysis works with no AI key at all.

The numbers along the top:

  • Times shown: how often the survey actually appeared on a screen. Counted once per view, never from a preview.
  • Started answering: how many people touched the first question. The gap between shown and started is people seeing your survey and walking past it.
  • Completed: finished submissions. The gap between started and completed is the survey being too long or too nosy.
  • Finished what they started, and Left an email: those same numbers as percentages.

Counting how many people see and start a survey began in version 1.0.18. A survey that was already collecting answers before you updated will have responses it has no views for, so those boxes stay hidden until they have something honest to say rather than showing a rate that cannot be true.

The charts:

Pick any date range, or Custom for two exact dates. Five styles: Area, Line, Bar, Trend and Hourly. Hourly ignores dates entirely and stacks every response by time of day, which tells you when your audience is actually awake. Responses and email opt-ins share one timeline so the two always line up, and quiet days are drawn as zero rather than skipped, because a gap should mean a quiet day and not a missing one.

Most given answers:

Your multiple choice, rating and yes or no questions, ranked for the range you picked, with each bar naming the question it belongs to. Written answers are not ranked here; they are in full on the Responses tab, in the printable report and in the AI reading.

The written analysis:

With an AI key connected, click Read my results. You get a plain English summary, a sentiment, the key findings with numbers, and recommended next steps, grounded only in the responses you actually have. It is saved on the survey, so it is there when you come back, and you can run it again whenever new answers arrive.

Question by question:

Below the written analysis, every question is broken down across all the responses to that survey: a bar for each answer with the count and percentage, the average for ratings and scores, a sample of the written answers, and how many people answered that question, which is how you spot the one everybody skips.

Getting it out:

Print or save as PDF opens a clean report in a new tab that any browser will save as a PDF. Export CSV gives you every response with one column per question.
