Nothing on this page is required. ResultsAiX Surveys is complete on its own: answers are stored on your site, charted, exported and emailed to you whether or not you own anything else. Every connection below is detected automatically when that plugin happens to be installed, with nothing to paste and nothing to connect.
ResultsAiX Theme: a survey on any page, with a tick box. Edit any page, find the ResultsAiX Family Actions box and tick ResultsAiX Surveys. The survey is added to that page when it loads. Pick which survey in the ResultsAiX Surveys box beside it, or set a site wide default under Settings. Nothing is written into the page itself, so unticking the box removes the survey and leaves the page exactly as it was. That is also why a survey added this way will not appear if you export the page content.
ResultsAiX Mailer. Opt-ins land on the list you pick on each survey, with any tags you set. Their answers travel along as custom fields, so you can merge an answer into an email or build a segment on it. Tags and custom fields are added to whatever that subscriber already has, never swapped for them. Answer routing can send different answers to different lists, and any automation you have starting on a list join or a tag runs exactly as it would for a form built in Mailer itself.
ResultsAiX Membership. A survey can hand somebody a membership level the moment they finish it, set on the survey under Opt-ins and routing, and the completion is written to that member's timeline. Only people who already have an account on this site can be given a level, either because they are logged in or because their email matches an existing account. A survey never creates a login for a stranger, because answering a form is not proof of identity.
AI Support Desk. Somebody's survey history becomes part of the customer picture the Desk builds, so whoever answers their ticket already knows what that person told you.
WP Conversion Tracker and Audience Vault. A tagged link fills in the name and email on the last step so the visitor just confirms, and the click that brought them is stored with their response. An opt-in also names that visitor in Audience Vault even on a survey's own page or an embed on another site, which is exactly where the Vault's own script never gets to run.
ResultsAiX Hub. This plugin registers itself, so its licence, its updates and this week's responses and opt-ins all appear on the one dashboard alongside everything else you own.
