The Responses tab has up to three views of the survey picked in the dropdown: Summary, Responses and, when the survey has a short or long answer question, Written answers. The cards at the top show responses, email opt-ins, the opt-in rate, how many people finished once they started, and how many times the survey was shown.
Summary
- Every question gets its own card: a bar for every answer with the count and the percentage, the average for star ratings, the NPS score with promoters, passives and detractors for 0-10 questions, and the written answers for short and long questions, with a link to see them all.
- Click any bar to see exactly the people who gave that answer.
- Percentages are of the people who answered that question. On checkbox questions people can pick several answers, so they add up to more than 100%.
Responses
- One card per person, newest first, 25 to a page: their name and email when they opted in, or Anonymous, then every answer in the order of your questions. Checkbox answers show as chips, star ratings as stars, and 0-10 scores in green, grey or red.
- In Mailer opens that person in ResultsAiX Mailer when they are a subscriber there, and Came from shows the page that sent them to the survey.
- Delete removes a single response after a confirmation, and the survey response count is corrected automatically.
Written answers
- Every answer to your short and long answer questions in one clean list, newest first, with who wrote it and nothing else on the screen, so you can read them all in one go.
- Copy all puts every answer, with the person's name and email, on your clipboard, ready to paste into a document or an AI chat.
- For people who left an email, All their answers opens that person's full response.
- The filters work here too, for example only the people who gave one particular answer.
Filters
The filter bar works on every view at once: search names, emails and answers, show only the people who gave one particular answer, only people who left an email (or only anonymous ones), and a date range. The Summary is then worked out from just those responses.
Export CSV downloads the responses you are looking at: with no filters that is every response, with filters it is just the matching ones. One row per response, one column per question, plus date, name, email and the page they came from. The file opens straight into Excel, Google Sheets or Numbers.
