With the WP Sync plugin active on the same site, Results AI Surveys registers itself as a source inside WP Sync. Every opt-in is handed over the moment it is captured, and WP Sync delivers it to whichever autoresponder you connected.
How to wire it up, once:
- In WP Sync, connect your email platform if you have not already.
- Go to WP Sync Bridges and build a new bridge.
- Set the source to Results AI Surveys. You can pick a single survey, or All surveys to catch every opt-in from every survey.
- Set the destination to your autoresponder, list and tags.
- Save. There is nothing to configure on the survey side.
What the lead arrives with:
The email address, the first and last name, and every answer that visitor gave as custom fields, each keyed by its question. That means you can segment on answers: tag everyone who picked one reason and send them a different sequence than the people who picked another.
Lists, tags and delays all live in the WP Sync bridge rather than in this plugin, which is why there is no destination dropdown on the survey screens. One integration to learn, and it works the same way for every source WP Sync supports.
If WP Sync is installed but its own license is not active, hand off waits quietly until it is, and nothing is lost because every opt-in is still stored in the plugin. With no WP Sync at all, opt-ins are still stored with each response and exportable as CSV.
