Open Settings and pick your filters
Go to ⚙️ Settings and flip on the privacy filters you want active, emails, last names, IPs, phone numbers, prices, etc. Each has a live preview of what the mask will look like.
Customize mask values (optional)
Each filter has a custom text box. Want emails to show as demo@yourbusiness.com instead of the default hidden@fordemo.com? Just type it in.
Open the Dashboard and flip the master switch ON
The giant purple button on the Dashboard enables privacy mode. You'll see a 🔒 badge in the admin bar and a gradient banner at the top of every page, so you always know it's active.
Record your tutorial / demo
Every admin screen, Users, Comments, WooCommerce Orders, etc., now shows masked data instead of real customer info. Record with confidence.
Turn the switch OFF when you're done
One click and wp-admin reverts to showing real data. Nothing was ever changed in your database, the masking only ran on the HTML output buffer.
