The Setup Wizard builds the basics of your site in a couple of minutes. It never overwrites a page, menu or setting that already exists, so it is safe to run again later.
Opening it:
- The welcome notice after activation: Run the Setup Wizard.
- The Settings tab: the Run the Setup Wizard button in the Everything else card.
- The Home tab, while its checklist still has something open: Or run the Setup Wizard and let it do the pages, menus and legal pages for you.
The five steps:
- Your Look. First, What are you building?: Business or blog site, Membership or course site, or Funnel or offer site. Your answer only sets sensible defaults, and it moves the layout choice to match (Classic site, Member portal or Minimal). Then pick the Layout, the Color scheme, the Blog layout (List, Card grid, Magazine or Classic) and the Login page layout (Classic, Split, Minimal or Dark). Press Save and Continue.
- Your Pages. Tick what you want: Home front page, Dashboard front page (a page on the Member Dashboard template, best for membership sites), Updates page (your blog page), Legal pages, and Cookie notice. Anything that already exists shows Already set and is left alone. Press Create and Continue.
- Your Menus. Main menu (called Members menu on a membership site) holds your front page, Training Library and Updates, and is assigned to the main navigation. Dashboard Quick Links creates the cards on your Dashboard page: Training Library, plus Get Support when you have given the theme a support address and Latest Updates when you have a blog page. Menus you already assigned are left alone. Press Create and Continue.
- AI. This step explains that the AI is part of the full theme. Press Continue.
- Done. Your site is ready. From here: View My Site, Add My First Training, Read the Training Guide, See the Family, or Fine-tune in the Customizer.
Every step has Skip this step if you want to leave it.
The theme's screens:
Click ResultsAiX Theme in the admin sidebar. The tabs open in the free theme are:
- Home: your post, page and training counts, a short set-up checklist (Create your legal pages, Set your main menu, Add your licence key) and shortcuts.
- Your Site: your header, the mark beside your site name, your login page, Talk instead of type, the sticky bar, who can open your trainings, your YouTube channel and the footer copyright name.
- Blog: the sliding banner and the blog page.
- Settings: your licence, updates, breadcrumbs, the edit screen, tracking codes, the search shortcut and the colour scheme of these admin screens.
- Sharing: share buttons, share cards and the picture at the top of a post.
- Legal Pages: your business details, the legal pages and the cookie notice.
- Shortcodes: the Shortcode Studio.
- Plugin Family: every ResultsAiX plugin, with the ones on this site marked Installed.
- Training: the full owner's guide, with a search box.

Every screen has a Help / Training button that opens the matching chapter of the guide. In the guide, chapters marked Full theme describe the full theme; every other chapter applies to you.
On the edit screen:
Every post, page and training gets one ResultsAiX panel under the editor with a tab for each of its boxes: Picture and sharing, Layout, Sidebar, Banner (on posts) and Family Actions. A small ResultsAiX settings box in the side column has an Open the panel button that jumps to it. If you would rather have separate boxes in the side column, choose that under Settings, The edit screen.
Finding screens fast:
WordPress opens a search box anywhere in the admin with Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on a Mac). With Find the theme's screens from the Ctrl+K search switched on (Settings, The search shortcut), typing what you want to do jumps straight to the right screen.
