Setup Wizard:
On first activation, the wizard asks what you are building: a business or blog site, a membership or course site, or a funnel site. It creates the pages, menus and legal pages with layout and colour-scheme defaults that match the choice.
Auto Start My Blog:
Give it a topic and a target post count and the theme writes, illustrates and publishes a run of posts. The run is saved on the server per user, so leaving the page or clicking away loses nothing. A Continue box picks up exactly where it stopped, and each post slot is written once, never duplicated.
Honest stand-in menu:
With no menu assigned yet, the header only lists what the site actually has: Home, the top-level pages, the posts page under its own title, and a Trainings link only once a training has actually been published. Nothing is shown that would lead to an empty page.
Demo content:
Six ready-made content sets, built entirely from the theme's own shortcodes, can be installed with one click. Installing demo content never touches anything you already have, and Remove Demo Content deletes only what the demo itself created.
