The Collect tab is where you set up how customers leave you reviews. The plugin gives you a built-in collection form you can drop on any page with the shortcode [autoproof_form]. The form captures the reviewer name, email, star rating, the testimonial text, and optional photo, video or screenshot uploads. Submissions land in the Testimonials tab as pending, so nothing goes live until you approve it. You can share a direct link to a standalone collection page so customers can leave a review without you embedding a form, which is ideal for putting in follow-up emails or on a thank-you page. Every testimonial can be tagged and assigned to a product so you can display the right proof in the right place later. To add a testimonial yourself (for example one a customer emailed you), use the Add New screen and paste it in.
