If you already have testimonials in a spreadsheet, on another platform, or sitting in your inbox, the Import tab brings them in fast. It accepts a CSV upload and also a smart paste box: paste raw text and the importer parses out individual testimonials, names and ratings for you. Map your columns to the plugin fields (name, email, rating, testimonial text, product, date) and import. Imported testimonials are tagged with an import source so you can find them later, and you can choose whether they arrive approved or pending moderation. This is the quickest way to migrate proof from a previous reviews plugin or a Google or Facebook export. After importing, visit the Testimonials tab to review, tag and assign each one to the right product.
