ResultsAiX Testimonials includes a gifting system that rewards customers for leaving a review, which dramatically increases how many reviews you collect. On the Gifting tab you create one or more gifts, each with a title, a message, a delivery link and an optional coupon code. When a customer submits a qualifying testimonial, they receive the gift automatically. The gift messages support placeholder tokens such as {name}, {site}, {gift_title}, {gift_message}, {gift_link}, {coupon}, {coupon_line} and {rating}, so each delivery is personalised. A gift can be a discount coupon, a free download, a bonus, or anything you can deliver by link. This turns a one-time buyer into a reviewer and often a repeat customer.
