Install ResultsAiX Testimonials like any WordPress plugin: upload the zip under Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin, then Activate. A new top-level menu called AiX Testimonials appears in your WordPress sidebar (look for the quote icon). Open it to reach the Dashboard tab, which shows your testimonial counts, average rating and quick links. To unlock updates, paste your license key on the Settings tab. Your key arrives by email after purchase. The plugin works fully without any AI key.
The PRO features are built in. There is no separate PRO plugin and no second key: your one licence key unlocks everything, including the in-browser video recorder, Google review stars, QR collection, webhooks and the optional AI suite. The PRO and PRO AI screens appear in the same AiX Testimonials menu once your key is active. If you used the old separate ResultsAiX Testimonials PRO add-on, it is switched off and removed automatically, and all your testimonials and settings stay exactly as they were. If you still see it in your Plugins list, it is safe to delete.
The Resources tab shows the wider ResultsAiX toolkit as a card grid, so you can see what else installs alongside this plugin. If the ResultsAiX Hub is installed, it lists this plugin and can set its colour scheme together with your other ResultsAiX plugins.
