All testimonials, whether submitted by customers, imported, or added by you, flow into the Testimonials tab. New submissions arrive as pending so nothing publishes without your approval. From the list you can approve, reject, edit, tag and assign testimonials to products, and run bulk actions on many at once. Spam moderation keeps junk submissions out so your wall stays clean. Use tags and product assignment deliberately: they are what let your shortcodes and blocks show the right proof in the right place using the product and tag attributes. The Activity tab gives you a running log of what has been collected and changed. The Products tab lets you define the products or offers you want to attach proof to, so your displays stay organised as your testimonial library grows.
