The Hub installs like any other WordPress plugin. Download the zip from your customer portal at resultswithkevin.com/portal/login.php, which is where every plugin zip you own lives.
- In WordPress go to Plugins, then Add New, then Upload Plugin.
- Choose the Hub zip and click Install Now.
- Click Activate.
What happens on activation:
Two database tables are created if they do not already exist: one named with your table prefix plus raix_stats (the shared weekly statistics table) and one named with your prefix plus raix_audit (the action history for licence and update events). The Hub also checks for these tables on every load and quietly recreates them if a host silently failed the first attempt.
A daily background job is scheduled (the event is called raix_hub_daily_refresh) that first runs about an hour after activation. It refreshes the product catalogue and asks each registered plugin to refresh its licence status, so screens load from local data rather than waiting on the network.
Where to find it:
A menu called ResultsAiX Hub appears near the top of your WordPress sidebar with the orange R brand mark, and a ResultsAiX Hub shortcut is added to the WordPress admin bar at the top of every screen. Every Hub screen requires the manage_options capability, so it is administrator only.
Moving between Hub screens:
The sidebar deliberately stays short. Only Home and the RWK AI Bots row are shown there. Every other Hub screen is reached from the tab strip that runs across the top of every Hub page: Home, Results With Kevin AI, Licences, Updates, Settings, Diagnostics, Support, and an Affiliates tab that opens jvwithkevin.com in a new window. The hidden screens still work by direct URL; only their sidebar rows are hidden.
Order of installation does not matter. Install the Hub before or after your other plugins. Anything already active is picked up the next time you load a Hub screen.
Keeping the Hub updated:
The Hub updates itself through the normal WordPress plugin updater. It polls resultswithkevin.com/resultsaix-hub/ for its own version, caches the answer for twelve hours, and offers the update on your Plugins screen and on the Hub's own Updates tab like any other plugin.
