Is the Hub really free?
Yes. Every screen and every update is free, and there is no licence key. See Getting The Hub Free: One Sign-Up, Six Free Plugins.
Does it need a licence key or an account?
No licence key, no activation and no trial. The plugin never asks you for an email address. The AI bots it links to use your Results With Kevin members account, but that is on resultswithkevin.com, not in the Hub.
Will it slow down my site?
Its styles and scripts load only on Hub screens, apart from a few lines that style its own sidebar menu, and it adds nothing to the pages your visitors see. The Overview's counting happens in the background, and the Hub only asks its update server when somebody is looking for updates.
Does it change my other plugins?
Not on its own. To show numbers it only reads. It changes something only when you press a button that says so: Switch on, Update, Update all, Free this slot, or Clear those overrides in Appearance.
What does it send over the internet?
It fetches the ResultsAiX catalogue from resultswithkevin.com, and when checking for its own updates it sends its version number and your site's domain. Linked sites exchange numbers only if you set them up, and never email addresses or licence keys.
Who can see the Hub?
Administrators only. Every Hub screen needs the manage_options capability.
Can I use it on several sites?
Yes. Install it on each site. You can also link them so your main Hub shows the others. See Linked Sites: Show Another Site On Your Main Hub.
Why is the Hub not listed on My Plugins?
My Plugins lists your other ResultsAiX plugins. The Hub updates from your WordPress Plugins screen like any other plugin.
Does the Hub show prices?
No. Nothing inside WordPress shows a price. Get More sends you to each plugin's page on resultsaix.com.
What happens if I switch it off?
Every plugin carries on exactly as before, your menus go back to normal, and nothing is deleted. See Turning It Off: Deactivating Safely.
