The Overview is what opens when you click the ResultsAiX Hub menu (the row in the sidebar is called Home). It answers the question you open WordPress with: what did my business do, and is anything waiting for me?
It greets you by name, then shows what your ResultsAiX plugins did over the range you pick, compared with the same number of days just before it.
What is on the page, top to bottom:
- The greeting, when the numbers were last updated, and a Refresh button
- The Range bar
- The health row
- The Mailer section, when ResultsAiX Mailer is switched on
- Up to five headline numbers
- New people and sales, and where your new people came from
- WP Sync and Membership, when they are switched on
- Audience Vault and Launch Manager, when they are switched on
- AI: what every plugin spent, once any plugin has used AI
- Your linked sites, if you have linked any
- Best performers and Needs you today
- Every plugin at a glance
Choosing a date range:
The Range bar has Today, Yesterday, 7 Days, 30 Days, 90 Days, This Year, Lifetime and Custom. Custom opens two date boxes: pick a start and an end and press Apply. The range changes the headline numbers, the Mailer, WP Sync, Membership, Audience Vault, Launch Manager and AI sections, the main chart and the sources chart together. Every range is compared with the same number of days just before it. Lifetime has nothing before it, so it says All time and tells you the date your oldest numbers start.
The first time you open the Overview it shows 7 Days. After that your choice is remembered in that browser, and the line under the greeting always says which range and which dates you are looking at.
Charts always draw at least 14 days, so Today and Yesterday show the fortnight around them with the chosen days in full colour. Ranges over 120 days chart week by week, and ranges over two years chart month by month, so the bars stay readable.
The health row:
Four panels come straight from WordPress's own plugin list, so they are always current.
- Plugins running: how many ResultsAiX plugins are switched on, and either Everything switched on is licensed or how many need a licence check
- Updates: All up to date, or how many updates are ready and for which plugins, with an Update button that opens My Plugins showing only the plugins with updates
- Licences: the broadest key on the site, meaning the one that covers the most sites, such as a Bundle key. It shows when that key renews and how many sites it is used on out of the total, with a View button to the Licenses tab. If no plugin has reported a key yet, it says No licence keys found yet
- Switched off: Nothing switched off, or which plugins are installed but switched off. When exactly one is off you get a Switch on button right there. When several are off, a Review button opens My Plugins showing just those
The five headline numbers:
Each tile shows the total for the range, a small trend line, the change against the period before, and a line saying where the number comes from.
- Revenue: from WP Conversion Tracker, or from Launch Manager when WP Conversion Tracker is not running, plus ResultsAiX Funnels checkout and ResultsAiX Membership's own checkout. Each sale is counted once, and the tile says how many sales that was
- New people: every lead source you run, merged by email address so each person counts once
- Visits: from ResultsAiX Pulse, one per visitor per day. When Pulse is not running, this tile shows Clicks from WP Conversion Tracker instead
- Emails sent: from ResultsAiX Mailer, with the open rate and the click rate for the same range
- Open tickets: from ResultsAiX Support Desk, the tickets open or pending right now, with how many new tickets arrived in the range and the median time to your first reply
A tile only appears when the plugin behind it is switched on and has records to read, so a site without Support Desk has no tickets tile rather than a zero. The rules behind every number are in How The Overview Counts: One Person, One Sale.
Reading the change line:
An arrow with a percentage compares this range with the one before. Green means the move is good for you, so on the tickets tile fewer new tickets is green. New means there was nothing at all before. When both numbers are under 20, the tile shows the earlier number instead, for example 3 before, because a percentage of a tiny number tells you nothing. When the earlier period has too few days with any data to be a fair comparison, for example because a plugin was only installed last week, the tile says No earlier numbers to compare.
Why the page never makes you wait:
Counting across a dozen plugins takes a moment, so it happens in the background. When you open the Overview it shows the saved numbers straight away. If they are more than 10 minutes old, it counts again in the background and updates the page when that is done. The note at the top says how long ago the numbers were updated. The Refresh button counts everything again right now, including your linked sites.
The very first time:
On a site the Hub has never counted, it first counts the last month, which takes seconds, and counts your full history in the background. Until that finishes, 90 Days, This Year, Lifetime and Custom wait, and hovering over one says it opens as soon as the count is done. The page checks back every 30 seconds for about two minutes, so you rarely need to reload. On a big site the full count can take a minute.
The two charts:
New people and sales shows new people as bars and sales as a line. Hover over a bar to see its numbers. If you have no lead plugins running, the bars show visits or clicks instead.
Where your new people came from ranks your lead sources for the range, with a bar and a share of the total for each: Mailer sign-ups, Funnels opt-ins, Forms, Surveys, Engage popups, Webinar sign-ups, Pulse chat, Marketplace leads from WP Conversion Tracker, and New members from ResultsAiX Membership. Only sources that brought someone in during the range are listed, and each person is counted once, in the source where they first appeared.
Best performers:
Up to eight rows of what worked best over the last 30 days, whichever range you pick: WP Conversion Tracker links, Mailer broadcasts, Funnels, Engage campaigns and Surveys. Each row shows its reach, the people it brought in, its sales and its revenue where those apply. Rows are sorted by money first, then people, then reach, and each name links into its own plugin.
Needs you today:
A short list of the things only you can do. When nothing is waiting it says All clear. It has its own article: Needs You Today: The Things Only You Can Do.
Every plugin at a glance:
One card for every ResultsAiX plugin you have switched on, with its version and up to three numbers from its own last 30 days. These cards do not follow the Range bar. For example, WP Conversion Tracker shows clicks, sales and revenue, Mailer shows emails sent, the open rate and new subscribers, and Support Desk shows open tickets, new tickets and first reply time. Money and people plugins come first, and cards without numbers come last. Add ons do not get a card of their own; their parent plugin's card covers them. Click any card to open that plugin.
When a plugin is switched on here but you actually use it on one of your linked sites, its card shows that site's numbers and says which site they came from. This works for Membership, WP Sync and Support Desk. A card the Hub has no numbers for says Open it to see its numbers.
If a plugin's records cannot be read:
Each plugin is read separately. If one keeps its records in a shape the Hub does not expect, only that plugin's numbers go missing, and a note at the bottom of the page names what could not be read. The rest of the page is unaffected.
Who can see it?
Like every Hub screen, the Overview is for administrators only.
