The Licences tab answers one question quickly: which of my plugins are properly licensed on this site, and where else is each key being used. It is a summary view, not a replacement for the customer portal.
Add ons are hidden here on purpose. They inherit their parent plugin's licence and have no key of their own, so only parent plugins get a row. A note at the top tells you how many add ons were hidden.
What each row shows:
- The plugin name, and its tier when the plugin reports one
- A status pill: Active, Expired, Invalid, or Not Set
- The licence key, masked so only the first four and last four characters are readable
- Expiry information
- Slots used out of the total allowed, with a FULL warning when they are all taken
- The list of sites the key is currently active on
How expiry is shown:
If the key expires within fourteen days you get a warning pill counting the days down. If it has already lapsed the row says how many days ago it expired. If there is a key but no expiry date at all, the row reads that there is no expiry because it was a one time purchase. Otherwise it simply prints the expiry date.
Freeing a licence slot from another site:
Every site the key is active on is listed. The site you are currently on is labelled as such and cannot be freed from here. Any other domain gets a Free this slot button, which asks you to confirm and then calls that plugin's own deactivation routine to release the slot. If the plugin has not shipped support for cross site deactivation yet, the Hub tells you so plainly instead of pretending it worked.
What if I have more than five sites?
Licences with more than five activated sites do not list the sites inline. The row explains that this is too many to manage cleanly inside wp-admin and points you at the customer portal, which has search, filtering and bulk site management built for developer sized licences.
Where do I actually enter a key?
In the plugin's own settings screen. The Hub does not duplicate each plugin's activation form. For everything else, retrieving a lost key, moving a key between sites, downloading zips, checking purchase history, use the customer portal at resultswithkevin.com/portal/login.php.
Recent Activity:
The bottom of the page lists the last fifteen entries from the Hub's audit log: when, which plugin, what action, whether it succeeded, and the message that came back. Licence activations, slot deactivations and plugin updates all write to it.
