The Hub adds optionality and never takes anything away, which means switching it off has to be boring. It is.
Three ways to back out, in increasing order:
- Untick Consolidate plugin menus in Settings. Every plugin gets its own top level sidebar menu back immediately and the Hub stays installed.
- Tick Keep at top level for specific plugins, leaving global consolidation on for the rest.
- Deactivate the ResultsAiX Hub plugin from your Plugins screen. Every menu reverts to standard WordPress behaviour.
What deactivating does not do:
It does not touch any other plugin. Every ResultsAIx plugin works standalone, keeps its own licence, its own settings and its own data, and never depended on the Hub to function. Nothing you configured inside another plugin changes.
Is anything deleted?
No. Version 1.0.37 ships no uninstall routine, so deactivating leaves everything in place: the two Hub tables and their contents, your menu consolidation choices, your per plugin overrides, your saved Standard or PRO tier preference, and the cached catalogue. Reactivate later and you land back exactly where you were.
What the Hub stores:
- Two database tables, one for the shared weekly statistics and one for the audit log of licence and update actions
- A handful of site options for the consolidation toggle, the RWK AI sidebar toggle, the per plugin overrides and internal version markers
- One preference per user for the Standard or PRO bot tier
- Short lived cached copies of the product catalogue and the Hub's own update check
- One scheduled daily refresh event
Your bot grid layout, meaning favourites, hidden cards and the chosen filter, is not in that list. It lives in your browser's local storage, so clearing your browser data resets it and nothing on the server changes.
Removing the plugin files:
If you delete the plugin from the Plugins screen, WordPress removes the files. The tables and options above stay in the database until removed by hand, which is the safe default: reinstalling later restores your settings rather than starting from scratch.
