ResultsAiX Consent is built to live alongside the rest of your site.
The ResultsAiX Theme's own cookie notice
The ResultsAiX Theme has a simpler cookie notice built in. You never have to choose between them or switch anything off. While this banner is on, the theme's notice steps aside on your public site by itself, so visitors are only ever asked once. Switch this banner off, or remove the plugin, and the theme's notice is back exactly as it was. The Dashboard says which one your visitors see right now.
Set Me Up carries the theme notice's wording across for you when you have not written your own here yet, and the Dashboard has a Use the theme notice's wording button for any time after that.
What gets copied: the heading, message and button wording, the group descriptions, box or bar shape and position, how long a choice is remembered, and the switches for embed blocking, Consent Mode and the log. The region setting is not copied, because the two work differently.
The theme's settings are never changed: the theme's own screen still shows its notice switched on, and it simply stays off your public site while this banner is on. Theme videos and snippets that the theme holds back follow the answer given in this banner.
WP Consent API
If the free WP Consent API plugin is installed, every answer given here is handed on to it, so Site Kit, WooCommerce and any other plugin that asks WordPress whether it has consent gets the same answer. Analytics maps to its statistics types, Marketing to marketing and Preferences to preferences. Without it installed, nothing changes. The Diagnostics tab has a WP Consent API row that shows which applies.
Free HTML Pages, Webinars and List Builder pages
These sister plugins print a whole page of their own. On the Blocking tab, Pages that print themselves is set to Add the banner to them too (recommended), so a pixel pasted into one of those pages is held until the visitor agrees and then runs. Choose Leave them completely alone and those pages behave exactly as they would without this plugin.
Bars and corner buttons
If a countdown bar or notice bar is pinned to the bottom of the screen, the banner steps up above it. A banner at the top steps below a sticky header. The reopen button steps clear of accessibility buttons, help buttons and chat bubbles in the same corner.
