The Coverage tab answers one question: which emails do you not have. It draws a grid nobody holds in their head and makes the empty squares visible.
The headline tiles
Four tiles sit at the top: the percentage of the grid that is filled, squares with an email in them, squares still empty, and emails not filed under a product.
Every product against every purpose
Each row is a product and each column is a purpose. The grid uses your own products, the ones you add on the Your products tab, against eight purposes: Thank you and delivery, Onboarding follow up, Lifecycle, Bundle upgrade, Update, Launch, Promotion and Affiliate swipe. A dot beside a product means that plugin is installed on this site.
- A number is how many emails exist for that square. Click it to open them in the Library.
- A dashed square is an email that does not exist yet. Tick it to have it written.
An email only lands in a square when it is filed under that product and that purpose on its Filed as card. Emails filed under No single product are counted in the fourth tile instead.
Filling the gaps
With AI ready, tick the dashed squares you want and press Write the ones I have ticked. A window asks Write these now? and Write them starts the run. Each email is written in your trained voice and saved as a draft. Nothing is sent and nothing is published. A run writes ten at a time, so one rate limit cannot lose the lot. Tick more and run it again for the rest. The results list links each new draft, and shows the reason beside any that could not be written.
By membership level
Once any email in your library has a membership level, a second grid appears: each level against Welcome, Onboarding follow up, Lifecycle, Update and Promotion. It shows which level never gets a welcome, and which never hears from you again after it joins. A plus sign opens Write with AI for that purpose.
What to write next
The list at the bottom shows up to thirty missing emails, each with a Write it button that opens Write with AI with the product and purpose already chosen. The order runs thank you first, then onboarding, lifecycle, bundle upgrade, update, launch, promotion and affiliate swipe, and a product installed on this site is weighted higher. The top eight also appear on Overview.
