Does it send email?
No. It writes, keeps and checks your emails, then hands them to whatever sends for you. ResultsAiX Mailer gets a one click handover. For anything else you copy the email out or export the library.
Do I need an AI key?
Not to use it. The library, the house rule checks, the coverage grid, the reports, the Mailer picker and the measured half of voice training all work without one. You need a key for the writing features and for Ask the family.
What does the AI cost?
Whatever your provider charges, paid to them directly. The AI Connect tab logs every job with its model, time and an estimated cost, and the monthly budget warns you without ever blocking you.
Where does my writing go?
Into your own database, on your own site. When you use an AI feature the text of that one email goes to the provider whose key you saved, with email addresses replaced by their domain unless you switch that off. The AI job log stores no prompts and no answers.
How many emails come with it?
Nine starter templates, one per purpose, written as fill in the blanks scaffolds. The library is built to hold your own emails and learn to write like you.
Can I import the same folder twice?
Yes. A second read updates the emails that came from those files and adds new ones, without duplicating. Emails you pasted in, had written by the AI, or have saved from the editor are left exactly as they are, and the version before any change is kept in History with a Restore button.
Can I get my emails back out?
At any time: every email as a plain text file in a zip, a spreadsheet of the library, or a full backup including your trained voices. Restore from a backup on the same tab reads the full backup straight back in.
What happens if I delete the plugin?
Its settings, trained voices and licence record are removed, and your emails stay in the database so a reinstall finds them. To remove the emails too, tick Delete my emails too on the Settings tab first. It is off by default. Take a full backup first if you want a copy of your voices, and Restore from a backup brings them back after a reinstall.
Does it change my other plugins?
No. It reads them and never writes to them. The button in the Mailer composer is added by this plugin, so deactivating it leaves the Mailer exactly as it was.
How many sites does a licence cover?
Three. Remove on the licence card frees a slot for another site, and the site you removed carries on working.
