Installing
- In WordPress go to Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin.
- Choose the resultsaix-email zip from your account portal, install it and activate it.
- A new top level menu appears in the sidebar: AiX Email.
The first activation loads nine starter templates into the library, so no screen is empty.
Activating the licence
Until a key is active, a notice on the plugin screens and on the Plugins page asks for one, and the header shows an Add your licence key chip.
- Open AiX Email, Settings. The Your licence card is at the top, marked Not activated.
- Paste your key into the Licence key field and press Activate.
- The message Licence activated appears, the page reloads and the card reads Active on this site.

ResultsAiX Email is $27 a year, and included in the ResultsAiX bundle. A licence covers three sites.
What the licence card shows
- your key, masked so it is safe on a shared screen
- sites used, for example 1 / 3
- renews, with the date
- licensed to
- Sites using this key, with a Remove button beside every site except the one you are on
Remove frees a slot so you can use it somewhere else. It is not a kill switch: that site carries on working.
The buttons
- Refresh: fetches the latest details from the licence server.
- Change key: this site is deactivated from the old key first, so its slot is freed, then the new key is activated.
- Deactivate this site: frees the slot. Your library, your voices and your settings all stay exactly where they are.
- Support: opens the support portal.
Good to know
- The AI features need an active licence as well as an AI key.
- If the licence server cannot be reached when you press Activate, the key is accepted on this site and syncs later. It retries daily and nothing stops working meanwhile.
- Deactivating the plugin on the WordPress Plugins page also frees the slot, so paste the key again after you reactivate it.
- If a key is refused, the message says why: the key does not include ResultsAiX Email, the licence has no free slots, the licence has expired, or the key was not recognised.
