These features need an AI key, the AI switch on and an active licence. Everything the AI writes is saved as a draft, never as live, and the version before any rewrite is kept.
Write one email
On Write with AI choose What it is (one of eleven purposes), Which product, Membership level, Length and Voice, then say what you want under Anything you want in it. Type it or use the Talk button.
- Length: Short, under 150 words. Normal, 250 to 350 words. Long, up to 600 words.
- Which product lists the products you added on the Your products tab, plus No single product. For anything else choose No single product and describe it in the brief.
- Give it the real numbers from my other plugins: ticked by default, with a count of facts ready.
- Show me exactly what it will be told opens the full brief, word for word, before anything is written.
Press Write it. The result shows the subject lines, the preheader, the body and its score, with Open it and a Saved as a draft pill.
Write a whole sequence
Choose What kind, Product and How many, from 3 to 7, describe The angle and press Build the sequence. The run is planned first so each email does a different job. Every email is saved as a draft, tagged so the whole run stays together, and carries the day it should go out.
The four buttons in the editor
All four read what is on screen, so they work on your unsaved draft.
- Subject lab: ten options, each with an angle, a reason and a score. With ResultsAiX Mailer on the site they are judged against your own open rates. Use adds a line to the subject box. Save to keep it.
- Audit: reads the email as the person on the list. It gives a verdict, its own 0 to 100 estimates for would open, would read on and would click, where it Loses the reader at, what is Missing, and Suggested line changes. Apply swaps one line and keeps the version before it. The numbers are the AI's estimates, not measurements.
- Rewrite: say what should change in plain words, press Rewrite it, then Put it in the editor. Nothing is saved until you press Save.
- Repurpose: turns the email into an affiliate swipe written from the sender's side, a blog post, a Facebook post, a short message under 300 characters, a follow-up for everybody who did not click, or the same email at half the length. The result appears with a Copy button.
