The stack cards on the Integrations tab only detect plugins installed on the same WordPress site as the desk, because they read those plugins straight from the database. Plenty of people run the desk on one site and their sales tracking or email list on another. Other Sites covers that case: you paste a key, and the other site answers the desk's questions about a customer.
Nothing is copied or synced. The other site is asked when a customer profile is built, the answer rides the profile's own short cache, and it is read-only from end to end.
What can be connected:
- WP Conversion Tracker: every tracked sale for the customer, with product, amount, refund state and the net total.
- Audience Vault: clicks, conversions, revenue, the VIP flag, the customer segment, churn risk and the last visit. It uses the same key as WP Conversion Tracker, so there is one key to manage, not two.
- ResultsAiX Mailer: subscriber status, engagement score, opens, clicks, tags and the products they bought.
Creating the keys on the other site:
- For WP Conversion Tracker and Audience Vault, open WP Conversion Tracker, Settings, API keys and create a key.
- For the Mailer, open ResultsAiX Mailer, Settings, Read access for other sites and create a read key.
- Each key is shown once. Copy it straight away.
Connecting the site on the desk:
- Open Integrations and find Other Sites.
- Enter the site URL, give it a label such as Main sales site, and paste the keys you created. You only need the keys for the plugins that site actually runs.
- Click Save Integrations at the bottom of the page. The Test Connection button appears once the site is saved.
- Click Test Connection, optionally with a real customer email. You get one line per system: connected, connected but no record for that person, or the exact reason it failed.
You can connect up to five sites. Save to reveal the next empty row.
How keys are handled:
A saved key is never shown again, not even masked into the field. A blank key field keeps the saved key, and pasting a new one replaces it. If you change a row's URL to a different site, the old keys are dropped rather than sent to the new address. Tick Remove this site on save to disconnect a site completely.
Reading the results:
Figures from another site appear as dashed tiles labelled with that site's name, and again under an Other sites heading in Customer 360. They are never added to a local total, and the AI is told they come from a separate site, so it cannot merge two systems into one invented number. Linked emails on the contact are searched on the other site too.
Tagging or removing a customer from a ticket:
Add the Mailer's write key as well, created under ResultsAiX Mailer, Settings, Write access, and every ticket gains a Mailer actions card. You can add a tag, or remove the customer from one list that you search for and pick. Each action asks you to confirm first and is then logged on the ticket as a private note, so there is a record of who did what. It can never unsubscribe somebody from everything: the Mailer refuses a global unsubscribe over a key by design, which is why you always choose a list.
If the other site is slow or down:
The desk waits five seconds at most for an answer. A site that fails is then skipped for two minutes, so a dead server costs one short wait and never holds up your tickets. The profile simply builds without that site. The Connected Feeds panel on the Diagnostics tab shows when each site last answered, or the exact error while it is failing.
