The Inbox is the plugin's landing screen. It lists 25 tickets a page, newest activity first.
Filtering and finding:
- Status chips across the top show live counts for All, Open, Pending, Resolved, Closed and Spam. A status with no tickets is hidden unless you are filtered to it.
- The search box matches the subject line or the ticket reference, so a customer quoting their reference is easy to find.
- Paging appears under the table once there is more than one page.
What each row tells you:
- Status pill and ticket reference, both linking through to the ticket.
- Subject, plus a chip for the tagged product and a chip for high or urgent priority.
- The customer's name and email address.
- AI badges: the triage category, a hot badge when the sentiment came back frustrated or angry, and an auto badge when the resolver has already answered that ticket.
- How long ago the ticket last changed.
What the statuses mean:
- Open, waiting on you.
- Pending, you or the AI replied and the ball is with the customer. A customer reply by email or portal flips it back to open.
- Resolved and Closed, both stamp a closed date on the ticket.
- Spam, set by hand or by the resolver when triage is confident the message is junk.
Until the first ticket arrives the screen shows a short empty state explaining the three ways tickets land: your form, your support address, or a sales notification firing.
