Settings has five tabs. Integrations and Import are separate screens on the main menu.
General:
- Brand Name, used in the AI persona and available to macros.
- Support Admin Email, where internal alerts go: new ticket notifications and SLA digests.
- Reply-From Email and Reply-From Name, the identity on every customer email.
- Submit Ticket Page, Customer Portal Page and Knowledge Base Page, the three pages holding your shortcodes.
- Signature, plain text, appended by the AI persona and available as a macro placeholder.
- Color Scheme, ten options from WordPress Native through Results Amber to Developer Dark, with instant preview. Click Save Settings to keep it.
AI:
API key, the three model slots, four automation toggles, the minimum confidence for auto-resolve and the monthly spend cap. The toggles are auto-triage, attempt auto-resolve, generate a draft for every ticket, and auto-send drafts. The first three are on by default, auto-send is off.
Products:
A name and slug per product. The slug should match how that product is identified in your sales and license data. Leave the table empty and the AI will not guess a product at all.
Email:
Inbound mode, either disabled or IMAP polling every five minutes, with host, port, username, password, folder and an SSL toggle.
Automation:
The pre-submit knowledge base suggestion toggle, the Slack sentiment threshold, and the two SLA windows in hours.
Deactivating the plugin clears both scheduled jobs. Your tickets, contacts, sales and articles stay in the database.
