Install like any other plugin: Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin, choose the zip, then Activate. Activation creates the database tables, seeds the default settings and schedules two background jobs, one every five minutes and one hourly.
Activating your key:
- Open the AI Support Desk menu. Before a key is validated the plugin loads nothing but the activation screen, so this is the only page you will see.
- Paste the license key from your purchase email. The field is uppercased and all spaces are stripped before it is sent, so a key copied with stray whitespace still works.
- Click Activate. The plugin posts your key, the product slug and your domain to the Results master license server and stores the result.
Once the key validates, the full menu appears: Inbox, Knowledge Base, Macros, Contacts, Analytics, Integrations, Import, Settings, Resources and License.
The License screen:
It shows the stored key, the licensed email, the renewal date and how many of your seats are in use, plus two buttons. Check Now re-validates against the server immediately. Deactivate on This Site releases the seat so you can use it elsewhere.
A daily background check re-validates the key. If the license server cannot be reached, the check does nothing and your install keeps working. Only a definite answer from the server, such as a key that is not found, is expired, is refunded or has no seats left, will switch the site back to unlicensed. The screen translates each of those server codes into a plain English message telling you what to do next.
Updates are handled by the plugin's own updater, which asks the update server for a manifest and caches the answer for six hours.
