Install like any other plugin: Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin, choose the zip, then Activate. Activation creates the database tables, seeds the default settings and schedules two background jobs, one every five minutes and one hourly.
Activating your key:
- Open the AiX Support menu. Before a key is validated the plugin loads nothing but the activation screen, so this is the only page you will see.
- Paste the license key from your purchase email. The field is uppercased and all spaces are stripped before it is sent, so a key copied with stray whitespace still works.
- Click Activate. The plugin posts your key, the product slug and your domain to the Results master license server and stores the result.
Once the key validates, the full menu appears: Dashboard, Inbox, Knowledge Base, Macros, Contacts, Chat history, Chats, Analytics, Integrations, Import, Settings, Diagnostics, Training, Resources and Setup Wizard.
The license panel:
There is no separate License screen. The license panel sits at the top of Settings. It shows your masked key, whether the license is Active, who it is licensed to, when it renews if it has a renewal date, and every site the key is activated on, with this site marked, and how many slots are left. Refresh License Info re-validates against the server immediately. Deactivate This Site releases the seat so you can use it elsewhere. To swap in a different key, type it into the Change license key box and click Replace key. Remove beside another site frees that site's slot for a new install. It does not switch the plugin off on that site.
A daily background check re-validates the key. If the license server cannot be reached, the check does nothing and your install keeps working. Only a definite answer from the server, such as a key that is not found, is expired, is refunded or has no seats left, will switch the site back to unlicensed. The screen translates each of those server codes into a plain English message telling you what to do next.
Updates are handled by the plugin's own updater. It asks the update server again whenever you open the Plugins or Updates screen, so a new release shows the moment you look.
