The setup wizard:
A new install opens it for you, and you can run it again any time from the Settings screen or, while the Dashboard still has setup to show, with the Run The Setup Wizard Again button there. Running it again never undoes anything: every step shows what is saved, a note at the top reminds you that you are running it again, and Skip this step leaves a step exactly as it is.
- Who the replies come from. Your desk's name, who signs replies, the address they are sent from and where to tell you about new tickets. Filled in from your site.
- Switch on the AI. Paste your Claude key, or skip it. The desk is a full helpdesk without one.
- What we found on this site. Everything the desk recognised, already switched on.
- Where your customers go. The contact form, the My Tickets page and the help centre: create them, pick them, or type an address.
- See it work. One click sends you a real test ticket. It sends you the same two emails a real ticket sends, the customer's confirmation and your new ticket alert, and tells you on the spot whether your site was able to send them, with what to do if it was not.
It ends on a checklist of what is done and what is one click away.
What is picked up by itself:
ResultsAiX plugins on the same site connect themselves, with no keys: WP Conversion Tracker, Audience Vault, the Mailer, Engage, Launch Manager, Membership, Funnels, Webinars, Surveys, Testimonials and WP Sync. Each adds to the one profile shown on every ticket and handed to the AI.
From the Mailer the desk reads the emails actually sent to the person and what happened to each, why mail may not be reaching them (a bounce, a suppression, a subscription they never confirmed), every list with its dates and the reason they left one, their automations, tags and custom fields. That is what lets you, or the AI, answer "I never got the email".
WarriorPlus, JVZoo and ClickBank sales that already arrive through WP Conversion Tracker or Launch Manager are recognised, so you are not asked to paste an address for a feed you already have. A JVZoo secret key saved in WP Conversion Tracker is used by the desk too. Products found in your sales are offered as one-click suggestions in Settings, Products.
The Integrations screen:
It is a status board with three groups. Working now lists what is connected, with nothing to do. Needs one thing from you shows a row with its steps open, usually one address to copy. Add something else holds what you could connect, closed until you want it. A few advanced items sit at the bottom. One Save button saves every row.
At the top, Try it on a real customer shows the whole profile the desk builds for any email address. If it looks right there, it is right on every ticket and in every AI reply.
The customer never sees what they have spent. Amounts are for you, on your screens; replies name products, dates and keys and never state a total.
