Default List Dropdown
All API-connected providers show a default list dropdown on their card once connected. This lets you quickly select which list new subscribers should be added to without needing to look up list IDs.
List Caching and Refresh
To keep things fast, list data is cached for 24 hours. If you create a new list in your autoresponder and it does not appear in the dropdown right away, click the Refresh Lists button on the provider's card to fetch the latest data.
Apply to Funnels Buttons
Once you have selected a default list, you will see two buttons on the provider card:
Apply to Funnels Without a List — Sets your chosen provider and list only on funnels that do not yet have an autoresponder assigned. Existing configurations are left untouched.
Apply to ALL Funnels — Overwrites the autoresponder and list settings on every single funnel. A confirmation prompt appears before this action executes to prevent accidental overwrites.
Warning: The "Apply to ALL Funnels" button will overwrite any per-funnel autoresponder overrides you have set. Use it only when you want every funnel to use the same provider and list.
Test Connection
Each API-connected provider has a Test Connection button. Click it after entering your credentials to verify that the plugin can communicate with your autoresponder's API and fetch your lists.
Optional First Name Field
By default, opt-in forms only ask for an email address. If you want to also collect the subscriber's first name, enable the Collect First Name toggle in Settings. When enabled, a name field appears on all squeeze page forms, and the name is passed along to your autoresponder.
Honeypot Spam Protection
All opt-in forms include a hidden honeypot field that bots tend to fill in. If the honeypot field contains a value, the submission is silently rejected. This protects your lists from bot signups without requiring a CAPTCHA.
