If you run into any issues or have questions:

Go to onlineimsupport.com.

Submit a support ticket with the following information:

Your WordPress version and PHP version (found in Tools → Site Health → Info).

The plugin version you are running (shown in the plugin header).

A clear description of the problem and what you have already tried.

Screenshots of any error messages.

Your site URL (so we can check the funnel pages).

Debug log entries (copy from Settings → Debug Log).

You will receive a response within 24-48 business hours.

Tip: The more detail you provide in your support ticket, the faster we can help you. "It does not work" is hard to diagnose, but "Funnel X returns a 404 after changing permalinks" tells us exactly what to investigate. Always include the debug log — it saves a lot of back-and-forth.
