The AI Brain page has five sections across the top: Smart Brief, Forecast, Partner Outreach, Sales Intelligence and Chat. Partner Outreach is the section described in the AI Brain topic above. The others give you the bigger picture.
Smart Brief:
Your strategic command center. It pulls signals from launches, partners, mailings, sales and daily tasks into one screen: launches coming up in the next 30 days, partners who sent you sales recently that you have not promoted, top partners who have gone 60 days or more without a sale, recent partner activity, mailings scheduled for today or tomorrow, today's MIT and MPA, and this week against last week.
Forecast:
Shows where your income is heading, using simple linear pacing from your sales so far. You get projections for the month, the quarter and the year with a confidence band, a 24 month benchmark chart, a same-period comparison with last year, and your active launch pipeline for the next 90 days.
Sales Intelligence:
Everything your sales data knows about when and who makes you money: your best years, months, weeks and days, the strongest hours of the day and days of the week, and your top products and top partners. A printable version is available from the Reports tab.
Chat:
Ask questions about your launches, partners, reciprocity and sales in plain English, such as "Which partners promoted me that I never reciprocated?" Answers come from read-only lookups of your own Launch Manager data on your site. Chat needs your own AI key (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini), which you add on the Chat screen, and you pay your provider directly. You can also set an optional fallback provider and a monthly soft budget, and delete your chat history at any time.
Smart Brief, Forecast and Sales Intelligence are built from your own numbers and do not need an AI key.
