Insight types
💸 Reciprocity debts, "You owe [Partner] $X" (shown when your received - sent ≥ $500). Urgency scales with debt size.
📭 Mailing not scheduled, Fires when a launch within 3 days has no mailing. Bulk-consolidated for launches further out ("8 launches this month have no mailings").
🟡/🟠/🔴 Low-readiness launches, Near-term launches under 65% ready. Reciprocity-weighted: if you owe the partner, urgency doubles. Non-urgent readiness gaps bundle into one "N more launches not ready" card.
📝 Stale drafts, Mailings still marked Draft from prior days.
💤 Dormant partners, High-lifetime-value partners ($1K+) who've gone 60+ days without a sale from you.
⏰ Drafts due today, Mailings dated today still in Draft state.
🤝/💎/✅ JV partner launches, Adaptive wording based on context (see below).
⚠️ Overdue tasks, Unchecked MPA/MIT/tasks from prior days.
🏆 Best day in 30 days, Fires when today's income is the highest in 30 days. Celebratory.
📉 Revenue dropping, Fires when last 7 days' income is less than 60% of the prior 7 days'.

Instead of generic "Reach out now", the card reads different text based on what you actually have:

Launch-type chips
Every launch-related card shows a colored chip: 🚀 My Launch (blue) · 🤝 Affiliate (green) · 💎 JV Partner (purple) · ⭐ Internal Promo (amber). You can scan card types at a glance.
💡 Past launches are hard-filtered, readiness, no-mail, and JV insights never fire for launches that already happened (except on the All Time tab).
