Data sources
W+ Vendor IPN (wp_lm_ipn_vendor), sale amounts from your products
W+ Affiliate IPN (wp_lm_ipn_affiliate), commissions you earned promoting
JVZoo Vendor IPN (wp_lm_jvzoo_vendor), your JVZoo product sales
JVZoo Affiliate IPN (wp_lm_jvzoo_affiliate), commissions you earned
Vendor Sales CSV imports (wp_lm_vendor_sales), historical data
Refunds, chargebacks, and voided transactions are excluded. Only sale/upsell/recur events count.
Calendar income chip
Each day on the calendar shows a compact income pip:
💰 $423, bright green when the day earned ≥$500
💰 $120, lime when smaller
No chip, no income that day (kept clean)
Hover for tooltip: "$1,234.56 · 5 txn · Vendor: $800 · Aff: $434". Click the chip to jump to that day's detail view (Today page for that date with full income breakdown).
Show / Hide toggle
At the top of the Calendar page: 💰 Show Income toggle. Stored per-user (so you can flip it off instantly when sharing your screen). Month total chip appears next to the toggle when ON: "💰 $12,400 this month".
Today page income card
On the Today page (when income is visible), a big green card shows:
Net $ total for the scope (day / 7d / 30d)
Split: 🚀 Vendor Sales vs 🤝 Affiliate Commissions
Day mode: Top Partners + Top Products (top 5 each) with $ and transaction count
7d / 30d mode: Mini bar chart (sparkline) showing daily income across the range
Revenue hub (Revenue tab)
The Revenue hub (💰 tab in the top nav) shows a stats strip with Today / This Month / Vendor / Affiliate and quick-access cards for the Sales page and IPN Log page.
Revenue-aware Smart Insights
🏆 Best day in 30 days, fires when today's income is the highest in 30 days
📉 Revenue dropping, fires when last 7 days' total < 60% of the prior 7 days'
