Many JV partners have multiple accounts — a W+ account, one or two JVZoo accounts, sometimes more. Launch Manager AI lets you merge all of them into a single unified partner record, giving you the complete picture of every relationship in one place.

Why Merge?
One partner, multiple identities — Someone might be "john_smith" on W+, JVZoo user #4521, and also have a second JVZoo account under their company name
Accurate reciprocity — Without merging, their sales are split across separate records and your balance calculations are wrong
Complete history — See ALL transactions across every platform and account on one profile page
Better Value Score — Value is calculated from combined totals, not fragmented ones
How to Merge
Open the primary partner's edit page (the one you want to keep)
Click the Merge button in the toolbar
Search for the duplicate partner record
Click Merge — all data is absorbed into the primary record, duplicate is deleted
The Connected Accounts section now shows both records as PRIMARY + MERGED
What Gets Merged
All sales data — W+ CSV, JVZoo API, IPN transactions, recurring payments
Profile data — W+ profile, JVZoo profile (photos, bios, badges, stats)
Contact info — Facebook, email, WhatsApp (fills in blanks, never overwrites)

Notes & tags (combined)
Unmerge
Made a mistake? On the Connected Accounts card for any merged entry, click the ↩ Unmerge button. The source partner is recreated as a separate record and its data moves back.
Disconnect a Network
If you want to remove just the W+ OR just the JVZoo side of a partner (without splitting them entirely), click the ✕ button on the primary card. Clears the profile fields only — all sales data stays intact.
Power Move: After scraping a JVZoo contest leaderboard, many of those affiliates may already exist in your database under their W+ username. Create them from the leaderboard, then merge with their existing W+ record. Now you have one partner with both platforms unified.
