🟢 JVZoo API Setup

↑ Back to index

Connect your JVZoo API key to pull all historical JVZoo seller and affiliate transactions automatically.

Get Your JVZoo API Key

Log into JVZoo → My Account → API

Copy your API key

Paste it into Launch Manager → Import → JVZoo section → Save Key

Click Test Connection to verify

Your JVZoo Affiliate ID

In the green "Your JVZoo Affiliate ID" field, enter your own JVZoo affiliate ID number (digits only). This tells the importer which transactions are YOURS as an affiliate — without it, every row gets wrongly linked to a phantom partner.

Find your affiliate ID by running the diagnostic or looking at any JVZoo affiliate link URL — it's the number after /c/.

Importing Transactions

📥 Import Seller Transactions — Sales of YOUR products. Click Import All the first time, then Get Latest Only after that.

📤 Import Affiliate Transactions — Sales you made as an affiliate on JVZoo. Same two-button flow.

🔗 Link Products To Vendors (Historical Backfill)

The JVZoo API's affiliate endpoint does NOT return vendor info — only product_id. So after importing, click 🔗 Link Products to Vendors to scrape each unique JVZoo product page, find the vendor, and bulk-link all your rows to the right partners.

Click 🧪 Test 1 Product first to verify the scraper works

Click 🗑 Clear Scrape Cache to reset if you need to re-run

Click ✏️ Refresh Vendor Names after scraping to fill in missing names

Click 🧹 Clear Broken Links to unlink phantom partners from an old buggy import

This process is safe to stop and resume — progress is cached per-product.

Important: JVZoo affiliate imports can take 5-15 minutes depending on volume. The scrape step can take another 10-30 minutes for large histories. Both are safe to run in the background.

Better Yet: Set up JVZoo IPN for real-time sync. See IPN (Real-Time) →
