Step 1: Check Diagnostics

Before opening a ticket, visit System Diagnostics and copy the full report. Include it in your ticket — this saves hours of back-and-forth.

Step 2: Submit A Ticket

Visit onlineimsupport.com and submit a support request. Include:

A clear description of the issue

Steps to reproduce

The diagnostic report (paste from Step 1)

Any error messages from IPN Log if IPN-related

Step 3: Check Common Issues

Imports stuck: Check PHP max_execution_time in Diagnostics — should be 60+

IPN not arriving: Verify URL in W+/JVZoo settings matches exactly, check IPN Log for errors

Partners not matching: Likely a merge history issue — see Merging →

PDF report blank: Disable caching plugins while viewing the report

Conflicts: Temporarily deactivate other JV/affiliate tracking plugins to test
