Add affiliates via Auto-Suggest (ranked by value score) or Search

Informed, Told them about the launch
Interested, They expressed interest
Access Sent, Sent review copy / access
Confirmed, They confirmed they'll promote
Promoted, They've sent traffic / sales
Follow Up, Need to follow up
Declined, They won't be promoting
