Two views of the same person. One is for the member, and one is for you.
For members, the raxm_profile shortcode:
Put it on a page and every member gets their own page. What they hold with join and end dates, how many pages and downloads that unlocks with links to them, what they were last reading, their recent activity, and, quietly, what else is available to them.
Money never appears on it. A member's page is not a billing statement.
Shaping it:
- show chooses the sections, and they render in the order you list them. The eight are recent, stats, unlocked, ending, levels, offers, files and activity. Drop any you do not want. The old names content and reading still work, and mean unlocked and recent
- recent sets how many pick up where you left off cards appear, three by default, and 0 hides them. It needs ResultsAiX Search and Member Activity to know what they were reading
- unlocked_limit is how many pages are listed inside each group before Show All, eight by default. groups is how many memberships get a group of their own, six by default, with the rest folded into Everything Else
- levels_limit is how many memberships are shown before Show All, ten by default, and 0 lists every one
- ending_days is how far ahead counts as ending soon, thirty by default
- files_limit, activity_limit and offers_limit are the rows in those sections, twelve, ten and four
- columns is how many offer cards sit across, either 2, 3 or 4
- search turns the search boxes over the unlocked list and the memberships on or off
- greeting changes the words before their first name. recent_title, unlocked_title, ending_title, levels_title, offers_title, files_title and activity_title each give that section a heading of your own
- login decides what a logged out visitor sees: the login form, or a single line
Offering a level on it:
Edit the level, tick Show This Level As An Offer, and give it a link and a sentence or two. Members who already hold it never see the offer. It is a soft sell on a page they came to for another reason, which is the only kind that works.
Keeping a level off the page:
Open the level and, under Member Profile Page, tick Keep This Level Off The Profile Page Completely. Use it for holding levels, internal tags, and the levels whose names end in Expired that a rule moves people onto.
The member keeps whatever access the level grants. It simply never appears on their page, and it is left out of their history there too.
For you, the side panel:
Click any member's name on the Members tab or on the dashboard and their whole story slides in. Gravatar, the levels they hold with quick actions on each, their orders and total spent, last login, and a timeline of everything that has happened to them.
Orders and totals are administrator only. With AI Mailer active, their email stats and history are merged into the same timeline, so one panel answers both what did they buy and are they even opening my emails.
