ResultsAiX Video has an optional AI assistant. It is never required for slide videos: on-device narration and free AI images work without any key. When you connect your own AI key you unlock the smart writing and art direction tools, and Animated Story.
What an AI key unlocks:
- The AI Script Writer, which writes a full script for any video type and length
- The AI Image Director, which reads your whole script and writes a real scene prompt for every slide
- Fill Fields in the Direct The AI Images panel, which turns a short description into an image style, cast and mood
- Recolour The Theme With AI (Restyle), which turns a plain text description of a look into a full colour theme
- Animated Story, where the AI writes the conversation and a Gemini or ChatGPT key draws the scenes
How to connect a key:
- Open Settings. The first section is Your AI keys, with one card each for OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini.
- Click Get a key on the card if you do not have one yet. Each card has a short How To Get Your Key In 60 Seconds guide.
- Paste the key into its card and click Test. A key that works is saved straight away and the card shows Connected.
- Under What each AI does, choose which connected AI writes your scripts and conversations, and leave the model on Recommended default or pick one. The model list shows the input and output price per million tokens.
- Click Save Settings at the bottom for any other change.
You do not need all three. One key unlocks the AI writer. Google Gemini or ChatGPT also draws Animated Story pictures.
A Google Gemini key is free to create and writing scripts works on Google's free tier. AI pictures and moving clips do not: Google allows a free key 0 pictures, so turn on billing for the key (Set up billing, on the same page where you created it) before you use Gemini for pictures.
Your keys are stored encrypted in your own WordPress database. Requests go straight to your provider, so you pay them directly with no markup and no middleman. Click Remove on a card to take a key off. If no key is connected, the script writer and recolour boxes simply stay hidden and every other feature keeps working.
